I just started at University Hospital downtown and I LOVE it! I will be working on the transplant ICU when it opens; right now I am training in the SICU, and it has been great! I knew I wanted to work for Clarian when I got out of school and I am very happy with my decision. Clarain North is an extremely nice hospital; however, one of my classmates got hired there as a new grad and she did not start out as much as the downtown campuses did so I would check on that. Does anyone know if they only hire RNs with their BSN? I've heard rumor that that's the case.

I have an ASN, and I just started working for Clarian a month ago!!!

No, thats not true. I also got hired about a month ago with an ASN. You only need your bachelors as you change your title-they have 3 levels, and for the last level you need one; although I have heard that they can advance you without one. If you are thinking about working there I strongly recommend it. I love it! And they are teaching hospitals so you will learn alot. Good luck!

Did you start with the big group on May 27th? That was the group I was in!
