I have recently applied to CDH, Mercy, Delnor, and Hinsdale. Is the trick to avoid HR and try and get to the hiring manager?? I am getting no where with HR.. your app is on file etc.. Does it really take this long or am I one of a 1000 applicants trying for the same position?
I just want a part time night position to supplement our income while I am doing my pre-req's. I thought getting into a nursing program was hard this seems harder!
Any advice?
