NRP class for non-employee?

I am having a hard time finding an NRP class offered to non-employees. Mine lapsed so I need to do it all over. I looked on the AAP website and there are none listed for IL, only one in Iowa! Does anyone know of a place that offers it? I live in the Illinois Valley but would drive to Chicago to do it if I need to.
