New Grad... How would you rank these hospitals to work at?

I just graduated and am taking my NCLEX in June. These are the hospitals I already interviewed with and recieved offers from and I will be working in the E.R. at one of these hospitals. I know I'm a new grad but I have been a paramedic and ER Tech for 7 years straight out of highschool which is the only reason some of these "bigger hospitals" offered me this position.

I am extrmely interested on any personal experiences at Lincoln Park Hospital, Evanston Northwestern, Lake Shore Psych Hosp. and SJ olympia fields because I pretty much know what to expect from the larger ones...

Lincoln Park Hospital (Small hospital but recieved the best offer $ wise)

Evanston Northwestern (Pretty good offer but not to familiar)

Saint James Olympia Fields

University of Chicago (My teacher is the Night Manager in the ER)

Lake Shore Hospital (I will be working in the psychiatric ER, may be interesting and great location right off the Lake)

Ingalls (I am very familiar and have a good relationship with the staff)

Methodist

Rush

Loyola

Other

Thank you for you input on this tough and I'm sure the post will help many other new grads!!
