on average inner city chicago pays from 22.00 to 24.00 hr with average night diff of 3.50 to 4.00 most of the subs are compariable in pay At st Francis in Blue Island where i work if u pick up extra shift the pay you $15.00 per HOUR extra so if your on overtime which you usually are with my base pay of 34.89 (16 years experiece) and diff for nights and bonous works out to about 68.00 for 2007 i clipped out a yearly salary of 162000 lots of hours works but lots of money to go with it nice to know u can make the money if u want Good Luck Bryan RN
