any nurse managers out there?

I was wondering how much a nurse mamanger can earn in IL starting out and then w/ experience? I am going to get a BSN after my ADN and wanted more incentives/some motivation for all that hard work. I looked at salary.com but have heard those figures sometimes are too high.Thanks.

Central IL - approx $60-62,000 for beginning nurse managers in hospital.
