What is the pay range for new RN grads in Twin Falls, Idaho? What sort of disappoints do new grads face as they hit the work force? Planning for the big day...

I think at ST.lukes Magic it's $20.00 an hour starting...for day shift...i know they pay more nights but i'm not sure how much.
