im from the philippines nd i want to know how to be a registered nurse in hawaii?i hav already downloaded the application form to be submitted on hawaiian state,.i want to know more information regarding the application processing..also, i want to know if for example you are already registered nurse in hawaii and plan to transfer to another state, do you have to take another nclex exam or you just have to apply for a reciprocity....thanks
