Smile Any Hawaii RN Entrepreneurs?

Aloha all. I was wondering if any of you are currently self employed in nursing. I currently work in an outpatient clinic on Maui but plan to relocate to Kauai for personal reasons. I have greatly enjoyed having a Mon-Fri job with a set schedule, no holidays, and no weekends, but I don't think I will be able to get that type of work hours on Kauai. In addition, as much as I do enjoy the acute care setting, I am a single parent of 2 little girls and would have difficutly doing swing shifts again. I have always wanted to go into business for myself, and I am starting to think that when I relocate that would be the perfect time to do it. Are any of you doing independent contracting? Legal nurse consulting? Any input would be highley appreciated.
