Does anyone know any information or knows someone who attended South Georgia College in Douglas, GA. I was accepted to the nursing program for Fall 2008 and I would like to know any information you have about the program, as far at teachers, class schedule, pass rates, etc.

I just finished my first year in the program and it is great. The two instructors you'll have time are terrific. Keep your head clear, though. I'm a mother of two and it can get REALLY hard to keep your sanity. The main advice I can give you is to FOCUS!!! And STUDY!! If you're not committed you will not make it. You're off to a good start by asking questions before you even get there. Good luck.

Thanks so much for the information. I have seven year old twin boys and I know it can get rough. I have class on Wednesday from 1 to 5 p.m. and I need childcare for my children while I am in class. Any information you have will be helpful? I thank you again for any information or advice that you have about Douglas, GA and the nursing program. I need you to be my mentor. I am so excited.

Kind of a late reply, but I am also starting at SGC in the Fall Nursing Program. Perhaps we will have classes together. Since getting married, I live 50 miles away from the college and will be commuting, but I am very familiar with the area. Have you moved to Douglas already? I hope everything is going well for you.
