Changing to weekend plan.How?

I was hired but not solely for weekend plan but i want to change it to weekend plan so as to limit the number of days my son'll go to baby sitter but i dont know who to talk to about it.Do i have to go back to the nurse recruiter or to talk to my manager.What is the best thing for me to do.Any advice'll be appreciated.

I just spoke with my nurse manager and signed the agreement. Simple!

Sorry for not replying sooner.

Signing up for weekend option should increase your weekend differential by several dollars per hour. You'll have to ask your manager what the difference is, but some hospitals make it very appealing to work weekends.
