And any larger hospital will train you in a specialty area and pay for the specialized certifications if your facility requires them. I worked for the Medical Center of Central GA and they paid for chemotherapy classes, the certification, your ACLS classes and certification. Essentailly, if you needed it to perform the job for them, they would provide it.
