Smile Anyone work for Floyd in Rome?

I have an interview scheduled on Monday. I did some clinicals there and really liked it, but I would like some opinions on how they are to work for. How is the pay? The benefits? Any opinions would be greatly valued!

Re: Anyone work for Floyd in Rome?

Hey, I know that this is kinda late, because I'm guessing your interview is in a few hours. Anyways, when I was in school in Northwest GA, Floyd came and talked to us about working there. They have a great benefits package, and all of their scheduling is done online, which is pretty neat. Apparently you just go online and look at the available shifts, and then bid for them and the manager of the unit makes the decision. I tried to get a job w/ them as an LPN, but they weren't hiring, so I took another position at a different hospital one week later, and 3 hours after I accepted that position, Floyd called me to ask for an interview for a new position that had opened up! Maybe this is the Lord's way of telling me where I need to be. Anyways, good luck with your interview at Floyd, and I hope everything works out well for you.
