I am having problems with lovely care plans. Espicially the acut pain. My rationals have to come from the potter & perry book. This is the problem. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me

Well, I don't have a Potter & Perry book, but I can link you to two online nursing diagnoses for Acute Pain that list nursing interventions with rationales. You'll have to find the same rationales in your textbook on your own. I suggest that you try using the index in the back of your book to find them:
