Hospices in the Pinellas/Pasco County area

Moving to Florida soon, and work in Hospice. Probably will live in Pasco county, but could work near by. I'm used to being a Case Manager with case load of 10-12, doing home visits. Is this how Hospice is also in Florida (I live in Georgia now.) Salary.com says I'll need about 2-4 thousand more a year to live as I do now, based on location.
Any advice or feedback on Hospices in the area would be greatly appreciated. I currently make 61,000 with mileage. I am certified in Hospice and Palliative Care.
