Re: FCCJ Spring 2008

I thought that I wouldn't need Critical Thinking for Nurses b/c it is not listed at all on any class syllabus that our instructors have given us. Also, did you all have to use the iClicker throughout the entire nursing terms or is this something new that the instructors are coming up with.

Re: FCCJ Spring 2008

Critical Thinking could be the HESI book, which you don't need for term 1, but you'll need for all the other semesters. THe HESI is a test that is done on the computer, i.e. questions generated from a national database as opposed to our isntructors. You need to look thru it periodically leading up to the test-if its what I think its for.

Dang I-clicker, yes you'll need it in Term 2....

Re: FCCJ Spring 2008

i heard that they are making 1st term students take the HESI. also, they may or may not have implemented iClickers for 1st term.

please, please, please -- clarify with your instructors for current information, as things have probably changed!

p.s. i think the iClicker is pretty neat, actually... keeps me awake during 4 hour long lectures :P

Re: FCCJ Spring 2008

If you don't have scholarships to pay for your books, it will cost about $1000 for your first semester alone.

Killer in the butt, yes... But you'll get that money back once you start working.

Congrats to all that got in! I'm about to start in 3 days. YIKES.
