Hi all!!

I am unsure about which term I want to attend, Fall 08 or Spring 09. I have a day time job and would have to keep my work schedule the same. But in order to do that I would have to wait until the spring night/weekend program. But I am finished with all pre-reqs. I have a total of 192.64 so far. I am going to apply with those points for fall. If I go in the fall my job wont have any night time hours available and I would have to figure out something else. I will be retaking the NAT sometime in the next couple of months to see if I can get a higher score. If my total points become over 205 points then I might decline the fall (assuming I get accepted for fall) and reapply for Spring (only 24 nights slots available). It's a tough decision. Anyway I just wanted to join in because techinally I am a fall applicant. Good Luck to all of us.

Don't be jealous... you should still get in, so don't sweat it.

Thanks Sweetie!!! I was feeling like it would be more realistic for me to get into the Spring 09 class with the 200pts than the fall class with 184...but, nothing would hurt to at least submit my application and try.

I'm just trying to find a CPR class now. I have almost 2 weeks left, and I hate to wait until the last minute....

I took my CPR class about 2 weeks ago at a place off of University, I called all of the places listed on that sheet that came with the nursing application packet that FCCJ sent. If you got it, it's the very last one listed on the sheet & the contact person is Sally.
I found it was the least expensive & shortest class.

I took mine at some hospital in Macceleny. It was only $25 and depending on how many people were in the class with you, it only took about 2 1/2 hours.

wow!!! thats great!! you will definately get in!! Micro was soo much fun!! I took it at KENT campus.. made an A. Trying to remember the professor's name.. he was really cute and had an exotic accent!! I have 180.89 points.. cutting it close.... i dont know if ill get in. I applied in spring for the summer term and didnt get in. I really hope I do this time.

i think they have more seats for Fall08. Instead of doing night classes every other year...they have 140-something day slots, plus 20-something more for night. Seems like that would make it easier to get in this Fall. A good amount of people want night slots....which will leave more day slots. Right??
