Any tampa nurses??

Hello, I moved to the Tampa Bay area recently and am wondering of what facilities hire LPN's. Does anyone work for LTC or Hospitals that are LPN's? Please let me know. By the way just took exam and passed, so I have no experience.

Re: Any tampa nurses??

All the nursing homes do. Hospitals that hire are UCH, St. Joes (these two rarely have positions though but St. Joes is owned by the same co. that owns John Knox so you can transfer), Brandon, South Bay, Memorial, and Town and Country (Memorial and T&C will have freezes every once in awhile on LPN positions). Kindred also hires LPNs but require at least 6 mths acute experience and it's kind of a LTC type area but they have a lot of pts on vents.
