Any info on AllKids?

I'm just looking into any relocation assistance, pay rates (GN with 3 yrs ped's experience ans an "aide" at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh)or info on where the best Pediatric facility to work at is! Thanks!

All Children's is the lowest paying hospital in the area. The higher ups have the mentality that it's "a privilege to work with kids" and therefore there's no need to pay their people the going rate. Other than that little thing, it's a nice place (except for the OR....people are quiting left and right from there).

New grad's are starting at $20.12/hr regardless of previous CNA experience.
