Considering moving to Wilmington area. Need to be able to commute to Philly within 30 minutes or so. Looking for house / townhouse with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2-car garage.

Please share suggestions for good cities / neighborhoods in the above region. Interested in areas that will appreciate in value and are safe.

Notice, I didn't mention New Castle? Kidding, there are nice areas mixed in there.
