Georgetown, DE - moving soon

Good morning everyone!

I just bought a place somewhere in the middle between Georgetown and Rehoboth last fall. I currently live in DC but am moving to DE in a couple of months. I have to admit, I just can't stay away from those beautiful beaches! (Although I just spent a week in DE and my bunz froze in that snow but it was fun to see the ocean anyway!)
I am RN BSN with two years experience, one in med-surg and one in ICU at a Level I trauma center hospital in DC. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations as to what hospital is a good place to continue my experience as an ICU RN. What is the salary like in DE and what other opportunities are there to be explored... I'd love to work in ER some day for example.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much.

Vania
