Delaware rates

I'm a new grad BSN-RN.
Does anyone know what starting rates are in Delaware, hospital and LTC.

I just interviewed at Christiana in Newark.

Starting salary quoted to me was $26.02 with a 3% raise in 6 mos.

+15% shift differential for evenings and nights, or 10% for weekends
