My dh and I just came back from visiting (Fort Collins to Colorado Springs) this is exactly what we are looking for as we transition into retirement. Our plan is to move next summer. Dh will retire but we will open a home based photography studio which I will do as well. I will probably just work part-time as a nurse to get medical benefits. I was a Labor and Delivery nurse for 20 years and this past year I have worked for Hospice. I love my Hospice job and wondering about how much Hospice is used out that way. We are a pretty busy office. The pay is not great 1/2 of what I use to make but the stress is so much decreased that it is worth it. Any Hospice nurses that live around Colorado Springs? Possibly tell me how the job market is and the pay. Thanks.
