Can anybody tell me what kind of hourly wage I can expect in Colorado? I plan moving to Colorado, Denver-Boulder area. I have 1 year LPN experience and 2 years RN experience on med.surg/ortho floor. I know that Colorado is quite expensive to live. IT makes me a little nervous. Will I be able to get dissent salary to support myself and my child? I live in IA now and make $20/hr + $3 shift differentials. I'm hoping to get more in CO.
MarynochkaTo answer you question. I have the exact same experience as you and just got offered a job on same type of floor for 24.60 an hour. Cost of living here is high though,
New grads make $23/hr at Memorial in Colorado Springs. It is posted on their website and they are hiring new grads as of now. ER nurses make $23 - 36 depending on experience. This is all straight from their website. https://www.healthcaresource.com/mem...&cJobId=758938
Are most of these ranges for "new" grads? I have heard soooo many different ranges for RN's even more so new grads that I am beginning to not even look anymore I have heard everything from 26-40
Are you all sure about the rates $22-23 hour for an RN....My friend's daughter completed the LPN program about 6mths ago and her starting pay was 22hr for a 12hour evening shift in
