Any opinions of Exempla hospitals? I have an interview in a week. Just wanted to know what you guys think of them? Haven't seen their name pop up too much in the threads.

Re: Exempla hospitals

Have you already had your interview? How'd it go?
I have had some of my clinical placements with Exempla and enjoyed them, I also have a friend who has worked at St. Joe's for the past 6 years and loves it (she's nearing the end of her first year as an RN with them and still enjoying it).

Re: Exempla hospitals

I think it went well. The recruiter and nurse manager were both very nice...however, during my interview the nurse manager's cell phone kept ringing and she never silenced it . I'm going out there in May and I'm going to meet her face to face and check the facility out, but it seemed like it may be a good fit for me. If you want to know any specifics like what they ask in interviews let me know. I'd be happy to share.

No, I'm not a new grad. Have been a nurse for 2 years now.
