Do I need Job experience?

Hi to all,

I am a registered nurse of Nepal.I passed my 3 years Diploma course in nursing in the year 2007.So I don't have any job experience.Do I need job experience to give Nclex exam for colorado board of nursing and minnesota board of nursing?Waiting for your reply.
