As acute care nurse I could explain a basic routine I go through each shift.
Is it the same for SNF? if so, would love to hear how you do it! Thank you

Hi there! I just replied to a couple of other posts that asked the same question. I would be more than glad to give you my typical day but I think you would find it easeir to just do a search for the same question. Feel free to PM me if you would like details- I love to help- I haven't been at it for as long as some of the others but I do seem to have a proficient routine down.
