Has anyone went here or heard anything about this program?????I am thinking about going here I can not get into any nursing schools after I apply 2x. This is just a back up plan. Thanks
But if i go here for their LVN program can I go to a BSN or AA program like SF city or East Bay. Will they accept my credits from the Unitek program???? Thanks
Unitek is a technical school, or is considered as such. You will not be able to transfer your credits from there usually. It will be much easier for you to complete your RN thru them and then transfer on for the BSN.
Bridge programs are hard to get into in the region and there are many LVNs from other programs that could not get a spot in a community college that has gone thru Unitek for their RN. That is how I have heard so much about it.
Best bet is to contact the programs that you are interested in, but be aware that what ever they tell you now, may not be the case in a year or two. Things are always evolving in the world of schools in the Bay Area as I am sure that you are aware of.
