STAFFING COMPANY shortchenaged RNs

I saw the paper the staffing company sent to the hospital, they charge the hospital like 75-80 an hour for RN, but they only gave RN 35-40 an hour, so RNs are shortchanged by staffing company. I know those nurse recruiters just sit in the office and make some phone calls and do some paperwork and they just have to manage more than 100 RNs per recruiter, and they can get even 100k+ a year with both base salary and commission. I think I should be a nurse recruiter instead of an RN
