Southern California Labor Nurses!!

I have tons of questions about the different L&D units in southern California and what places are good to work at/have a good orientation process and new grad program. I'd also love to know which hospitals provide couplet care and which have well-baby nurseries, etc. Any info. would be very helpful. I am looking to start applying in about a month (just putting together my resume!). If anyone knows dept. managers names that would be so helpful, I know I can always try to contact HR to get this information too. Look forward to hearing all of your responses!
