Question Saddleback in OC

Does anyone have a feedback regarding Saddleback in Laguna Hills? How is their new grad program? How much do they usually offer? I would appreciate any info!

Re: Saddleback in OC

Call up their human resources and ask for pay rates. Thats what I did .Pay rate is $27.50 with a night shift differential of $5.00. They have free parking, 252 beds, up to $2,500 rrelocation assitance. Its a community based hospital.

Re: Saddleback in OC

Great advise! I didn't know you could call hr and ask for pay rates. During our career day in school, they always say not to ask salary til offered the job. If you don't mind, are you working in saddleback right now? Have you heard any feedbacks about the workin environment, like the admi or nurses?

Your message was very informative, Thanks!

Re: Saddleback in OC

Nope I'm not working ther now I'm still in nursing school with 7 months ago. I called various hospitals in orange county because i wanted to get information on their new grad programs and pay rates. Its not a bad thing to ask for pay rates at all! Some hospitals even offer sign on bonuses. I kept a notebook wtih all the information about all the hospitals I called so I could refer to it at a later date and make a well informed decision when the time comes.
