Recommend work @ your ICU floor in SF?

Moving home to SF Bay area from midwest and looking for an ICU job. I have 1 year medical/respiratory ICU experience. I'm looking for a job in an ICU in SF- probably UCSF or CPMC but I'm still looking. Any advice would be fantastic.

I also heard that CPMC pays the best in SF but the recruiter said they don't offer relocation or sign on bonuses--- any info on salary or bonuses would be great
