I know that they have a long orientation period, which is probably why their new grad positions fill up fast! The sooner you apply, the better from what I've read on their website.

Thanks For all your help...do you have any idea what they start new grad with ...pay etc....general starting pay for new grads in San Diego...any info greatly appreciated...thanks

i don't know the new grad rate for children's, but i do know that sharp starts around $27-28/hour. i've heard kaiser is around $32, but i don't know for sure, so take that with a grain of salt. i'm interested in knowing what children's starts their new grads at, though.
