I have a scheduled phone interview with Kaiser Oakland. They contacted me today. Can anyone assist with questions, information or scenarios that will help me.
Has anyone worked Kaiser Oakland....and care to inform me of that experience?
Anything in particular that I need or should know?

If this is a recruiter interview, I was asked Why did you choose our hospital, What are your long term plans, Why should we hire you?

With the hireing manager, I was asked more behavioral questions, describe a situation where you handled conflict, what kind of patients did you work with, describe when you were in a situation where you didn't perform as well as you should have/ What did you do about it? What do you know about our hospital? Describe a situation where you used critical thinking.

Good luck on your interview, research the hospital and the unit that you're interviewing for especially if your interview is with the nurse manager.
