Yes, they are union. They train new grads using the impressive
Versant RN Residency program, which is making a big investment in new employees. If you consider the hourly wage low for new grads (I actually don't think it is), keep in mind the value of good training.
I know people there who have had both good and bad experiences, and I second the earlier comment that it really depends on the unit and its manager. I would have considered applying there if I hadn't already been hired elsewhere.
