I took a refresher course at Mt.SAC awhile back and really got a lot of use out of the drop-in skills lab. At my original nursing school, skills lab was only at a few scheduled times so you could only practice on your own otherwise. At the Mt.SAC skills lab, there were lots of practice supplies and resources and a licensed nurse on hand for assistance or check-offs.
