iv/blood draw certification

Hello......... I am a newly graduated LVN and I am looking to become iv/blood draw certified. Can anyone point me in the right direction on who to contact regarding certification. I contacted San Joaquin Delta Delta College, but they are already full with a waiting list. I am from the Stockton area.
Thanks
Shawna
