Question - How are the ratios working out?

Hi... I have a questions for all of you California Nurses!

Since you have the state mandated ratios, do you really feel that it has improved working conditions for nurses, as well as improving upon patient care?

I am doing a research paper, and I thought where better to get information that from actual nurses living it everyday!

Anything you can offer would be great!
