I tooked NCLEX for the second time..It stopped at 75 again..I don't know what to think anymore

It's been 2 weeks now and no name posted in CBN so i assumed i failed again coz it was like the i first time took the exam...It's so frustrating and feel so dumb

Dont be so hard on yourself! The NCLEX is a hard test, and (I am just assuming here because you said you were from the Phillipines) for non-native English speakers I imagine it is even HARDER! The language is confusing and then having to decipher what they are actually asking before you can even put your nursing knowledge to work... If you didn't pass, study up and definitely take a review course. Kaplan is expensive and I ususally don't recommend the in class portion, but it may really benefit you. You will find plenty of kind words on this forum if you feel frustrated, but DONT be hard on yourself... YOU ARE NOT DUMB! Good Luck!!!
