A friend of mine works as an EMT, prior to that she was a Naval Corpsman for 4 years, according to her she does not need to take an LVN course and all she has to do is challenge the LVN Board. Is this true?
She can challenge the board only because of the military training, nothin to do with being an EMT now.
That is the only type of skill that can actually challenge the PN exam without having to attend an approved school of nursing. There is no other way for one to challenge it without military training.
