Question best oc hospital for new grads - mission or saddleback?

Hi,

i am a new bsn grad from VA who just moved to OC. the closest two hospitals (and i prefer not to drive any further) are mission hospital and saddleback memorial.

would like any advice as to which hospital is better for new grads. i have 2 kids and would prefer some flexibility/somewhat regular schedule. i know some of my friends back home had to sell their soul for their new grad positions (meaning they had to work whenever asked, such as a night shift after a 8 hour class day!!!!). i'm sorry, i am too old to do that anymore. i'd prefer night shifts, if possible or 7am - 3.

any advice would be much appreciated!
