Anyone at UCSD?

I just accepted a position at UCSD. It is a small unit only 17 beds, and has transplant patients. I dont know much else about the hospital. Anyone on assignment there? How is housing? i was told the ratio was 4:1 but didn't ask about CNA's. Any raves/rants?
