Question - Any Evening LVN programs? (greater LA only)

Hi, I am 22 years old and work full time because I have no choice pay off a house mortgage. I have been strongly considering to get into the medical field, especially the LVN program. I am unable to attend to any community schools because my work hours are always fixed on weekdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm-Mon-Friday. Pesumably, I would need to attend a occupation/technical school since my hours won't allow me to go to school during the day. Therefore, does anyone know of any schools outhere that offer evening LVN programs in the greater Los Angeles area-preferrebly after 6:00pm? I appriciate all your kind responses.

Thank you,

-Emil

American Career where the 110 and 101 meet has a evening/weekend option but you might not like the price...

Casa Loma College has an evening LVN program, but the expensive tuition might turn you off to the idea. This school has campuses in Hawthorne and Van Nuys.

Trinity Vocational Center in Carson, CA has a LVN program for evening weekend and days.

Their website is http://www.trinityvocational.com

The Staff are excellent. I love them. I am going to get in the LVN program there.

I have to work too so I had to find something in the evening and weekend to work around my schedule. This is the school for those who want to work and school.

The course is 18 1/2 months part time. I have asked students about the course and they love it.

Give them a try.

Good Luck and Take Care!!

The program right now is $18,000 but Jan 2009 the tuition is going to be $20,000.

They offer night and weekend program. Haven't heard anything bad about them.
