agencies or direct hire???

hi,im an NCLEX passer in CA and i am very confused if im gonna go to an agency or consider direct hiring.Do you know some hospitals in CA that direct hire foreign nurses?We went to an agency and their contract with us will last for 3 yrs and they will put us in a nursing home for a start before we work in a hospital.They will even get our original docs.I nid som advice.pls help.tnx!
