New grad RN in NWA

Hello, I am currently an LPN and will be graduating as an RN with my Associates degree in December 2008. I am wanting to relocate to the Bentonville area from northcentral arkansas. I will have 2 1/2 years LPN and 6 months RN experience by the time I relocate. How much can I expect to start out as an RN in Bentonville? Where are the best facilities to work? I really need hospital experience....

Re: New grad RN in NWA

Mercy is building a new facility off 540 - opens this spring. NW Medical Center has facilities in both Springdale and Bentonville along with Willow Creek Woman's Center in Johnson. Washington Regional is in Fayetteville.

Contact them for pay info......

I know many who work at each facility and they all have their issues - none worse that others and none better than others. They are all pretty equal.
