Smile New Adon job need help!

I am a rn who stepped out on faith and accepted a adon job in a nursing home. Just wondering if there is someone with any advise or help.
I never knew how much work this job had. I also have the title of c.n.a manager so I manage approx 80 cna -that is my biggest challange. I have worked as a cna for about 2-3 years,lpn for 5 and rn about 1 year so I really know nursing at many levels but find management a challange. I would love to chat with someone in this feild.

So.... as a CNA manager what exactly do you have to do? Disciplinary actions, scheduling, supervision? What are your other job responsibilities?
