Re: Where to get CNA??

Nice to meet you too!! I am really looking forward to getting started. I want to meet others and find out their pathways to being a nurse, LPN, etc. I am wanting to become and RN eventually. But love the medical field and want to get my foot in the door.

I also want to apply to the LPN program at Gateway. I got in for the August class at the Maricopa Skill Center but I am trying to avoid taking out a loan. They are wishy washy about the spring semester which frustrates me a little but I am sure they will offer it. Good Luck! Maybe we will meet up in the LPN program

I am planning on applying to the Gateway program as well. I have not looked into the Maricopa Skill Center because of the price, but I can understand paying for it versus waiting forever. Personally, I have enough student loans already so I can wait a little bit!

After graduating from RSAA are you planning on working as a CNA? I am planning on it.

I hope we meet up in the LPN program and best of luck to you!

I am actually going to Glendale Community College for my CNA. I do plan on working as a CNA but hopefully not for long, I want to be trained as a patient care tech. I the less loans the better.

Re: Where to get CNA??

I too am interested in the RSAA CNA program! I am wondering to all those who started the April 21st class: how is it? I'm curious because I do want to find the best CNA course to take this summer and the CC's are full in my area. Any info on how the RSAA program would be much appreciated.

Re: Where to get CNA??

The evening class was great. I think we had a good cohesive group of students. If you want specific information you can PM me.
