On Hold....

Well ladies, I have officially withdrwan from the LPN Aug. start date. This is now the second time that life has gotten in the way of me pursuing this field. My husband was laid off recently and the job market is tough right now. There is just no feasable way for me to go to school. Not right now anyways. Sadly, I will be returning to the workforce fulltime. I say sadly because I have been a stay at home mom for the last 5 years. But, we cannot survive unless I work, at this point atleast. I still may try to take an online class here and there, but most of those classes I believe will be too difficult for me to do online. I will now wait until my 3 yr old enters kindergarten and then re-visit nursing at that point. Im sad but I have to trust this is where I am supposed to be. I will still be checking in on this forum and see where all of you are at with school and your careers....good luck to all of you!

God bless.....

Aawww, I am sorry to hear that. I pray for the best for you and your family. I know that you have to do what's best for your family right now. I am sure that you will find a way to reach your goal. Take care and God Bless!

Re: On Hold....

SassieBAZ - good luck. Maybe this will turn out to be a blessing in disguise... Are you on the Maricopa Community Colleges waiting list? --Maybe by the time you gain admission there (if you are on the list), you will be able to attend school at a much better price than at the Skills Center....
