Does anyone know the state requirements for continuing education units?

A co-worker recently told me there is a certain amount you are supposed to have a certain amount to maintain our licenses every year, but our employer (an agency) doesn't provide this. I can't find anything about this on the az board of nursing website.

Zero. Specific employers may require CEU's, but the Board of Nursing doesn't.

It's still zero.

Az does NOT require CEUs.

OK. I heard this from a fellow nurse who had just moved here from a different state, so she may have assumed CEU's were required if it is what she is used to. Thanks for the information.
