Well, I know you have already found this company to be legitimate. I live right down the street from them and they are real.I pass by the company everyday. I'm not sure of what type of services they offer and things of that nature. I advise you to call the Better Business Bureau. I am going by there tomorrow to see if they can help me in my job search...

Sorry, but you cannot adjust your visa from the tourist visa at this time. And since the lottery is over until next year, you are not goint to be able to remain in the US with the tourist visa.

Suggest that you take the time to do some reading on the International Forum since most of the questions here have to do with immigration issues and not the facility that was being discussed in the opening thread here.

Very few facilities are petitioning in NY at this time, and with the lottery over until a year from now, it is going to be very hard to find a job there.

Anything further that has to do with visas and/or immigration, please place on the International forum.
